Are Winkees returnable?
Yes indeed! heART & soul studios stands 100% behind all of their products, and will reimburse in full less shipping and handling. However, once a Winkeedot is used, the Winkee is considered used, and can no longer be returned. You may return your Winkee up to 30 days from sale if it was not used with Winkeedots. Returns due to manufacturer defect will be accepted up to 15 days from sale. Winkee does not accept item exchanges.
Return Instructions:
Please print your electronic Winkee receipt and return it with the unused product. Once your return is received and processed (3-5 business days ) a refund check will be issued to you and mailed to the address on your receipt. Please send your returns to:

What are Winkeedots?
Winkeedots are disposable double-sided powerful adhesive that secures a fabric-to-fabric, "no-sew" hold, providing each and every woman with a custom Winkee fit!

How many uses can I get from a single Winkeedot?
Winkeedots are good for one use (one day) and should be removed before laundering.

How many Winkeedots come with my new Winkee?
We provide 10 Winkeedots (enough for 3-6 wears) with every Winkee.

Can I buy extra Winkeedots?
Sure can! As a special customer courtesy, Winkeedots are available on our website for $8.00 for a pack of 50.

What colors are available?
Our Winkee debut colors are IVORY and BLACK. Also, be on the lookout for the WILDCAT WINKEE, coming soon! The Wildcat is in "leopard" with a portion of the proceeds going to help fight breast cancer.

Do you have anything dressier? I'd love one with lace!
Sure do! We now have TWO Winkee styles to choose from: the original SWEETHEART (with lace); or ROUCHED. The two pictures above show a Black Rouched Winkee (left) and an Ivory Sweetheart Winkee (right).

How can I be sure I'm ordering the right size?
One Winkee size fits ALL! Winkee comes with enough Winkee Sticky Dots to create a flawless, custom fit in just a few easy steps. At the top right of this page, you'll see pictures of four Winkee Girls that range in size from 4-12...all wearing the same size Winkee!  

Who needs a long-tab Winkee?
We recommend a LONG tab (yielding more fabric length) for anyone who wears bras that are wider than three inches in the center, OR for curvy, plus-size girls, OR for those requiring coverage higher on the decolletage.
